providing professional technical and marketing services to leading International OEM and MRO companies.
Our focus is on the Israeli commercial and defense programs and our everyday
activities are with our Israeli customers at all engineering and management levels.
As such we are involved in all major aerospace programs as well as spares and systems upgrade support.

Moti Kaplan, President
Moti is involved with aerospace programs since 1977, when he joined the IAF as a young engineer,
and since then he served in several engineering and command positions (currently holding a rank of LtCol (Res.).
Throughout the years Moti was involved in several large scale programs such as the
IAI Kfir Fighter Jet, IAI Lavi Fighter Jet and several Avionics upgrade programs, just to name a few.
Moti holds a B.Sc. in aeronautical engineering from the Technion, Haifa,
and an MBA from the Tel-Aviv University, and also hold a private pilot license since 1997.
Rony Shapira, Director
Rony has held several senior positions in the IAF including command of the IAF Avionics & Control Software Development Center.
His assignments as a colonel include heading the Armament and Air Defense department in charge of procurement, sustainment and development of armament, EW and air defense systems and leading the Planning, Quality and Resource Department, in charge of all Material Directorate functions relating to Logistics policy & tools, planning, quality assurance and human resources.
Rony has a comprehensive experience in program management and development of
Military avionics programs, focusing in real-time software development & armament systems as well as in-depth experience in supply chain management. Rony holds a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Technion, Haifa, and an MBA from the Tel-Aviv University.
